27 July, 1999 A Pic's Progress continues with the feathering of the costume elements I sketched in yesterday. Not the best job, perhaps, but whaddya want for free? At this point, the image could almost be considered complete, but I'm thinking now that a headdress and shoes should be added. Beyond that, I'm not sure. Suggestions are welcome.
