Sketch-a-Day, Month Three. *heh!* This month opens with yet another from the archives, a piece I've debated using for weeks. I said back on 29 August that some of these might not make sense. Well, this is exactly what I was talking about.
Let me see if I can give you some idea what's going on in my fevered brain. It begins with some ideas for a rather surreal science fiction background. The man at the wheel is Waldo Brewster, a sort of steam punkish (and slightly deranged) engineer. His 'bike' is sort of an 'anything vehicle' I conceived by throwing together the most improbable collection of elements I could think of. It's almost impossible to describe the sort of universe such a man and his bike would move in, but if you can find a copy of the mid-'80's comic series Zooniverse, that might give you a vague idea. A more recent series, Perazim from Antarctic Press also comes to mind.
